Service Description

At Thrive Student Health, our Core Hearing & Vision Screening service ensures compliance with California Education Code 2952, 49455, and CCR Title 17 by conducting essential screenings for students in kindergarten, second, fifth, eighth, and tenth grades. We provide thorough assessments along with detailed documentation to maintain each student's cumulative health file. *Booking note: Up to 300 student screenings per day, if you need over 300 students to be screened, add another selection to cart (remaining amount of students to be screened) so that multiple booking days can be selected*
